2019 Dong Ding Oolong Tea - Heavy Charcoal Roast
Intense and full of character. Pronounced aromas of burnt sugar, roasted coffee, wet wood, and tobacco. The brew displays a deep caramel color, with a thick, silky, and syrupy texture. On the palate, notes of longan juice, ripe fruit, caramel, smoky hints, and pecans emerge, with a sweet and lingering finish.
