Order Fulfillment & Processing
Orders ship from Spain. We process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it at any time.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Domestic orders within Spain are shipped via SEUR and DHL eCommerce.
- International orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.
- Depending on your order value, shipping may be free or offered at a reduced rate.
- Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is prepared and shipped, and vary by destination and logistics conditions.

*For these destinations, the package will be delivered to the nearest DHL Service Points to your shipping address. The carrier will email you the pickup details.
Delivery & Tracking
DHL eCommerce will make one delivery attempt to the address provided. If delivery is not successful, the order will be available at a pickup point for 14 days.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as logistical or administrative issues, or force majeure situations. In case of delays, we recommend contacting us to check the status of your order.
