Anxi Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea - Wild-Grown
Wild-grown Tie Guan Yin oolong from Anxi, made from reclaimed old bushes over 50 years old, hand-processed and traditionally charcoal roasted. The aroma is floral, with orchid and osmanthus, followed by ripe fruit and sweet sponge cake. On the palate, it is smooth and juicy, opening with honey, then peach and mango, with toasted rice and subtle minerality in the background. The sweet aftertaste is long and lasts through the whole session with the tea growing more aromatic with each brew.
